Links to draft articles[edit]

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to List of Winnipeg musicians. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. I see a massive problem with sourcing and I suggest the author identifies the reasons for notability more clearly and concisely and points to the WP:THREE best references that don't parrot or rely on YouTube.
