A tag has been placed on Upiu.com, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Thanks for uploading File:Trainingpic.JPG. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

When you leave messages, please remember to "sign" your name, by putting ~~~~ (four tilde signs) at the end. This will add your name, and the date and time. You can also do this by clicking the 'sign' button, pictured to the right.
OK, first thing, you need to change your user name. You cannot have a company name as a username, it goes against policy, so please request to change your username immediately, before doing anything else, at WP:CHU.
Once you have done that, then I suggest you read WP:BFAQ regarding the conflict of interest, and do consider the advice - ie we strongly recommend you do not edit about a company you are involved with.
If you are determined to do so, then I really suggest you edit some other articles first; I wrote a bit of an essay about that, see User:Keegan/Butterfly.
