I would like to request you to read the following WP:OR , WP:NOT and WP:FIVE as they will help you in editing Wikipedia better. As far as the edits you have done to Kosal state movement are welcomed for your will to contribute but Wikipedia is not a place for putting across your own views! Thats why I had rolled back your edits as they are controversial in nature and without adequate references. The references that you have provided are for Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Jharkhand activists not of the people of Sundergarh. Secondly they are inadequate. The page is for Kosal state movement, it not about the tribal cultures or diversity these districts are having. These things can be accommodated in the respective district pages.
I have already clearly stated in your talk pages that the references provided by you are of JMM which is primarily a party of Jharkhand, secondly by the representatives of JMM. It never reflects the views of the people.
You can visit http://archive.deccanherald.com/Deccanherald/jan042004/sl5.asp to see that there is a demand for Kosal in Sundargarh also and you will find many such references on the internet once you search for it.
Wikipedia is not a place to put your or my view on a subject or topic.
