Hi Maddie! Here’s my peer review for you:

I really like that you are updating the article with some examples of conservation practices.

Your example of plastic “mulch” shows innovative new agricultural applications and will be an excellent addition to the article since it will be the only agricultural example that doesn’t involve different types of irrigation. I do wonder however, if it would be possible to add information about possible leaching or microplastics that come from it.

I’m not sure where you intend to put the Households category in the main article, perhaps under Social Solutions? No matter where it goes however, it absolutely seems like a section that should have already been implemented. People need to know about water conservation in households! Great idea to draft this section up, and I’d love to see it expanded in the future.

You do have a few small typos – no big deal! I would change “Some studies have shown that plastic mulch conserves water by reducing the evaporation of soil moisture, however, there haven't been enough applied studied (s?) to determine the total water savings that this practice may bring about.”

“….consumption feedback has to (for?)conserving water in households”

“This technology worked (change to present tense? Still installed ongoing?) to show people…”

“The "mulch" is really a thin sheet of plastic with holes in it for the plants to grow through that is placed over the soil.”  This sentence makes sense to me, but seems a little clunky. Perhaps move “placed over the soil” to before talking about the plants growing through?

Overall, I thought your draft had some very strong contributions to the article. It was well written, and you found some solid sources to back it up. Good work!
