Toad Data Modeler

Hi, could you please rewrite the Features section for Toad Data Modeler? It was extracted directly from the product page from Quest's website and therefore has copyright problems. Also it would be better if it was rewritten as paragraphs rather than bullets.

Fair use rationale for File:Toad_Data_Modeler_Report.png
