Lake Charles, Louisiana[edit]

Thank you for your message on my talk page regarding your addition of "It is the subject of the song, 21 Miles to Lake Charles Prison, performed by Johnny Paycheck and written by Aubrey Mayhew" on the Lake Charles, Louisiana article. The article you added that to is about a city in Louisiana named "Lake Charles". Where was "Lake Charles Prison"? I looked online, and also on GNIS, and wasn't able to find any information about a prison by that name. If there was a prison by that name, was it located in the city of Lake Charles? There are 28 geographic places named "Lake Charles" in the United States. Do you have a reference stating that this song was about this place? Otherwise, it's just random stuff, you know?
