Saran Raj moved to draftspace

The sourcing does NOT stand up the text in the article, much of which is unreferenced. It also, per my message, does not refer to the title 'Saran Raj'. The article needs more work before it can be accepted as an article that refers to a verifiable, referenced and notable historical entity. OR is not suitable for mainspace articles.
