Vanceburg, Kentucky[edit]

Given the large amount of activity on the Vanceburg, Kentucky article, I've reported the matter on the Administrators' noticeboard for discussion and possible protection of the article. -- plushpuffin (talk) 00:04, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
WHY AM I GETTING A MESSAGE FOR? I DIDN'T WRITE ALL THAT STUFF THAT WAS ON THERE
I'm sorry, but I saw an enormous amount of edits by a bunch of users, all with "Vanceburg" in their names, and many of them were adding unsourced material on the police scandal in Vanceburg. I lumped you together with them by mistake. -- plushpuffin (talk) 16:47, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

the reason i am upset that is some serious accusations on there and i do not want to be asscioated what so ever.

i think Mayor Patton is doing a good job. And no one can accuse her of anywrong doing and she really does care.

the link i provided has a revelance to every place i posted it. theres nothing for sale no scams or anything, just a place where the people in their communities can discuss their atletic programs.

Please see WP:ELNO, specifically, items 4, 6 and 10. seicer | talk | contribs 05:48, 10 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

there is no spaming just offering information to the people it is revelant to,if it were spaming it would be on every article there is no charge to join or for the content therein.i will cease the operation of giving out helpful info.

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Wheelersburg, Ohio. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. I HAVE NOT POSTED AFTER I FOUND OUT IT WAS AGAINST THE RULES.your message was unprofessional and uncalled for. AND FYI I WAS NOT WORRIED ABOUT PAGE RANKINGS I WAS MERLY OFFERING A SERVICE TO COMMUNITIES.Children should not be in ADMINISTRATOR POSITIONS.

Neither of us are administrators, although I was an administrator until this month. I can have an uninvolved administrator take a look into your editing history, if you'd like a second (or third) opinion. seicer | talk | contribs 03:50, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

i have no problem with you ,after you asked me to stop i complied then this dude comes on here after the fact with guns a blazing threating to block people from editing after the problem had been resolved is the problem. i stand behind my comment it was unprofessional and uncalled for.

i also believe that my edits have been within the rules except for the link incident.
