Could you update something please?

Hi, just wanted to let you know. I have created a page for the 1900 election in Florida and could you update the table on each county for me. I also like that you have helped create a table for each counties election results which is really useful than just having it go back to 1960. Skim

Thanks for the county data, but could you link each year to the relevant state’s presidential election?

Thanks, ElectionsGeek for putting in the precise Presidential vote for each county – it is really valuable information!

However, I wonder if – at least where feasible – you could direct the links for each county’s results not to the general website for each election, but to the election in the relevant state. I will link to my redirect for Sebastian County, Arkansas to illustrate what I would like to be done to the basic election tables.

(In cases where no article exists, I do not desire such changes, as you should gather from the Sebastian County edit).

There are three further changes I would also appreciate:

1. If a major party candidate is not on the ballot (as occurred in some states in 1892, 1912, 1948 and 1964 – see my edit for Wilcox County to see what I want done), or if there were no non-write-in third party candidates, then would it be possible to delete the coloured column as seen for 1948 and 1964?
2. If a third-party wins a county (as in 1892, 1912, 1924, 1948 and 1968), would it be possible to provide full party shading, as seen for my Winston County edit?
3. In some cases in 1892, 1912, 1920, and 1924, multiple third parties combined for more votes than any single major party, but no third party won as many votes as the leading major party. Needed changes (for mere precision) are illustrated with my edit for Prowers County, Colorado.

Presidential election results in Ohio by county, 1900

I noticed in recent edits that that date was missing.
Here's results for that year:

Hardin County, 1912

I'm a bit confused by the note you added here, The leading "other" candidate, Progressive Theodore Roosevelt, received 153 votes, while Socialist candidate Eugene Debs received 47 votes, Prohibition candidate Eugene Chafin received 45 votes, and Socialist Labor candidate Arthur Reimer received 5 votes. Since you listed even someone who got just 5 votes, it's clear that nobody else got 5 or more, and since these numbers make 250 votes out of the "other" total of 788, it looks like the remaining 538 votes were all spread among people who got no more than 4 votes. Clearly that's not the case (that's at least 135 people getting 1-4 votes!), so either I misunderstand somehow, or you made a mistake. Could you either explain how I'm wrong or fix your mistake? Logan County CO election results appear to be switched

Hi friend! Thanks for adding election results to Wiki, they're pretty handy. I noticed the results on Logan County, Colorado appear to be switched, though - I _wish_ Hillary had won 75% there in 2016. Kentucky county 1964 results appear to be reversed

In most Kentucky counties, there seems to be an error in the 1964 presidential election data.

For example, in Adair County, a Unionist and historically Republican county as can be seen from the adjacent election results, one sees:

The results on Dave Leip’s Atlas do match up with the results on Wikipedia, with one critical caveat:

1. In Leip’s Atlas, the Democratic candidate (here Johnson) is listed before the Republican (here Goldwater)
2. On the Wikipedia site, the Republican candidate is listed before the Democratic candidate
3. Consequently, what is incorrect is that the Republican and Democratic vote totals were not reversed when reversing the percentages.

Where'd you get the presidential election results for a county.

Hello! I’m wondering where you found some county results for some past presidential elections because I’ve been adding some more results for states like Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi and Colorado and you stopped at 1912 for those states and I wonder where you can find results for those states from 1880 to 1908 because I saw those on Wikipedia despite Wikipedia not a good source and some users are really thinking I’m disruptive and don’t believe me.
