Disambiguation link notification for August 16

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara!, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Muscat (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Editor of the Week

Thank you so much for your nomination. However, I'm sorry to inform you that administrators, while deserving, are not eligible to receive the Editor of the Week award. The award was designed for editors that are under-recognized for the work they do. It was felt that admins get their fair share of accolades. Thanks again. Hopefully some other deserving editor will come to mind. ```Buster Seven Talk 17:02, 18 August 2013 (UTC)

I read that in the criterion's after placing the nomination but this time an exception should be made since this Admin is the best and at the same time the most unnoticed one I guess. What do you think about it? $oHƎMআড্ডা 17:07, 18 August 2013 (UTC)
I don't disagree but it's not my call. I will discuss with the other clerks at EotW and let you know in about a week. The nomination is still in line for awarding but has not been approved. ```Buster Seven Talk 21:06, 18 August 2013 (UTC)
Fine if in the end Acalamari doesn't get nominated I have another editor's name in my mind. Should I nominated him in the mean-time?$oHƎMআড্ডা 07:52, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
So far, none of the other clerks have responded. Editor Acalamari will stay in line for at least 4 weeks. Feel free to nominate the other editor. BTW, thanks for your time and effort to acknowledge fellow editors. ```Buster Seven Talk 14:17, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
I agree whole heartedly with Buster. Thank you for caring enough about both Acalamari and the other editor you have in mind to nominate then! Gtwfan52 (talk) 18:26, 20 August 2013 (UTC)

Gulab Jamun

A bowl of Gulab jamun for you
Here is a bowl of Gulab jamun for you. Gulab jamun is a popular cheese-based dessert, similar to a dumpling, popular in countries of the Indian Subcontinent such as India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh.
Thank you.

Ball by Ball update

Just finished History exams 3 hours ago. It feels like a vampire sucked the blood outta me. It went well. Next up is English, the subject I trust the most and will be able to clear it with eyes closed. So no tension next day. Will make a few edits in between but can't respond to messages. Sorry about that. Signing off $oHƎMআড্ডা 12:03, 22 August 2013 (UTC)

History is an interesting subject. You must study Indian history well to become a notable WikiProject India editor. I don't know why you found history as "blood sucker", let me ask you few questions from Indian history, try to find the answers, you may find these parts of Indian history interesting. a) What happened to Muhammad of Ghor after the first battle of Tarain? b) How and when did Prithviraj Chauhan die? (you'll get the answers in those biographical article and in Battles of Tarain). c) What was the theme of Padmavat? (see Padmavat (this article is a stub) and Rani_Padmini#Padmavat for answers). TitoDutta 16:07, 23 August 2013 (UTC)
I do not find History a Blood Sucking subject but actually I was referring to the stress that the huge syllabus (fault of WBSCE) has, plus when you know from day one that you have to memorise the whole thing and then write just like the author of the text-book, in my case Jiban Mukherjee blatantly not a single scope is left by the board to enjoy the subjects beauty outside the sole bookish-sphere of knowledge. Once again I was referring to the Syllabus not the Subject. Tito I think you are quite a historian, the articles are actually of help to me as I have Islam and the reign of Muhmammad Ghor(i) in my syllabus but my history exams are over. I have it for annuals though.$oHƎMআড্ডা 16:15, 23 August 2013 (UTC)

Second Day of the test (match) was bright and sunny with absolutely no gloom cloud-covering of uncertainty as it was in the first day as forecasted earlier. There were few drop catches and missed opportunities of run-outs but we'll know in the end what it would cost. $oHƎMআড্ডা 15:41, 23 August 2013 (UTC)

After two delayed days the third day the ball was swinging both ways! The shine was new and seam upright seemed to have ripped right through the batting order but to the batsman's pleasant surprise it was not be with the bowlers line being constantly wide and were left.$oHƎMআড্ডা 18:00, 26 August 2013 (UTC)
