Welcome![edit]

Hello, Varun Neelagiri, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Issues with your recent editing[edit]

First, and most importantly, medical claims on Wikipedia have special sourcing requirements, which you can find at WP:MEDRS. Good sources include systematic reviews and statements by major medical organizations. They do not include the blog posts and healthline posts you have been citing. Second, you have been pasting material in above the rest of the article - this breaks the format and duplicates material in the lead section. If you want to make changes, they must be integrated with what is already there. - MrOllie (talk) 22:11, 19 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please, read WP:MEDRS. The sources you have been adding do not meet Wikipedia's standards for biomedical content. - MrOllie (talk) 01:41, 22 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
