Hello. I'm not sure if I'm missing some meaning in your message here. Is there some info about a COI which I have missed, or were you just alerting other users to that discussion thread? If it's the former please answer here with a ping to let me know. Thank you. --kingboyk (talk) 08:28, 4 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

February 2020: You left me a message on my Talkpage[edit]

That older technical question actually came from a Polish editor who didn't sign. I did not intend for my own signature to be appended there, either, with his still absent.--Quisqualis (talk) 07:12, 11 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I thought you were a veteran editor and didn't need the help. But I didn't consider any other possibilities. As it turned out, I found another message I could respond to.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 16:11, 11 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry[edit]

Sorry. Wrong person. I apologize.

Notice

The article WSMX-LP has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A search for references failed to find significant coverage in reliable sources to comply with notability requirements. This included web searches for news coverage, books, and journals, which can be seen from the following links:
WSMX-LPnews, books, scholar
Consequently, this article is about a subject that appears to lack sufficient notability. Please see the plain-language summary of our notability guidelines.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. WHVN[edit]

Do you happen to know whether the station is going silent, or it's been sold? And I wonder how this affects WAVO in Rock Hill, which WHVN owns. JTRH (talk) 18:10, 30 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm in contact with the person who announced this on another site and I'm waiting to hear from him.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 18:42, 30 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
JTRH.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 18:43, 30 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As of this morning, something's broadcasting on 1240, but it's a weak signal and I'm 35 miles south so I can barely pick it up. It doesn't seem to be a simulcast of what's on WAVO. The station hasn't responded to an email query. I guess we'll see. JTRH (talk) 15:36, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Their response: "While WAVO has not been sold (WHVN has), it will continue to broadcast similar programming to WHVN, as it was a 'simulcast' of it. We're in contract to stream WHVN until 4/20/20. So, until that time, you can hear 1150-AM / 101.5 FM on the website for Heaven Radio (www.1150AM.com). WAVO will continue to be heard (as is) on the radio dial until it too is sold (we don't know when that will be)."JTRH (talk) 21:05, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
We can't use emails as a source. Is this online somewhere? Also, the web site you gave me doesn't work.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 21:21, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I wasn't planning to add it to the article, it was just FYI. And they have a Website (different address) that's nothing but a Coming Soon welcome screen that I think has been up for a couple of years. JTRH (talk) 21:31, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
That's 1150wavo.com. JTRH (talk) 21:33, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't say you were, but I wanted a source since someone already has added the same information.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 21:34, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Albemarle High School (North Carolina) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. DS Alert[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Trump is not ahead in the electoral college[edit]

Trump is not ahead in the electoral college, but editors decided not to update 2020 United States presidential election until media sources agree on the result. —Naddruf (talk ~ contribs) 18:06, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I still haven't found a source that says this, but I can't go back and see the post I saw on Facebook because I was unfriended for the offense of opposing Trump. which had never happened before, but now these people have gotten mean. I thought maybe it would be worth mentioning in the article if there was a good source that said this.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 18:09, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I plan to. I'm waiting to hear when the library opens. There's something specific I want to do there for Wikipedia and it costs too much for me to get a library card allowing me to do it at home. I do get to go to Concord next week and I'm hoping to be able to find a good place away from power lines, but most of the town has power line problems.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 20:01, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
