It's not a disambiguation.Xx236 (talk) 07:41, 3 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Teahouse question[edit]

Hello venu, I think you are confused. A disambiguation page is a separate wikipedia article which contains links to other articles which might have the same name. For example, the word set has many different meanings so a disambiguation page is created to list the articles which have the same name. This is the disambiguation page for the article set. You can find more info about disambiguation pages at Help:Disambiguation. If you show me the article you are trying to create, then maybe I can help you more. Reminders for Wikipedia Edit-a-thon event in Bangalore[edit]

Hello! Please remember that the Wikipedia Asian Month Bangalore Edit-a-thon is happening this Sunday (27 Nov 2016).
We are very excited to see you here! But before coming, there are some points to read through...

  • We have a FB event page, please feel free to post there if you have any questions. (As I might notice and reply faster through Facebook)
  • All participants have to bring their own laptop! (and charger of course) There will be wifi at the venue.
  • Please think of 2-3 topics that you would like to work on, not that you need to be super productive to create so many pages, but just in case there is no available resources for some of them...
  • We also encourage participants to write something related to Women in Asia in order to bridge the Gender bias on Wikipedia.
  • Prepare some resources and bring it with you if you can. If you have a book that covers the resources you want to write on, bring it! :)
  • If you haven't, please have a look of Wikipedia's rules on content notability requirement and verifiability.
  • You can always reach me via my email tingyi@cis-india.org or through Facebook.

Re:User talk:Nikolaiho/guestbook[edit]

Hello, I did not see your question until now, because you left it not on my talk page but the talk page of my guestbook. I am not sure whether you will read this message as you seem to no longer be active on Wikipedia. If you still have questions about disambiguation pages or anything else for the matter, leave a question on my talk page. NikolaiHo☎️ 04:57, 21 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
