Your recent editing history at Barack Obama shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Please stop adding a category at Barack Obama when your edit has been reverted by other editors. You need to comment at Talk:Barack Obama explaining why Category:Luo people should be added to that article. Note the "This article has been placed on article probation" warning at the top of that talk page (it is just above the table of contents).
It is never a good idea to make the same edit multiple times like this (each of these just adds the above category with no explanation in the edit summary):

Speedy deletion nomination of Peopledom of Vietnam[edit]
A tag has been placed on Peopledom of Vietnam, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
