Warning icon Please refrain from hijacking pages as you did with Crónán of Roscrea. Should you believe the subject you were writing about deserves an article, please use the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version that you can then get feedback on. Also see Wikipedia's disambiguation guideline which indicates how to handle separate subjects with similar names. If you continue to hijack an existing article, you may be blocked from editing. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. —Bruce1eetalk 08:59, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please clarify what you mean. If someone has hijacked a page, it certainly isn't me. I've never even heard of Crónan of Roscrea. Perhaps you are confusing me with someone else. Do please revert. Thank you. VindelnVasterbotten (talk) 09:06, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You edited Crónán of Roscrea here and replaced its content with "HVA International". That's called hijacking a page. —Bruce1eetalk 09:10, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Oh my God! I hired someone on Fiverr to help me create the HVA International page and I can see now in the edit history that he did this. I will report him to Fiverr immediately. What a fucking jerk. Thanks for the heads up. VindelnVasterbotten (talk) 09:13, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm trying to change my password now so he can't use my account. I can't figure out how to do it. Could you please advise? VindelnVasterbotten (talk) 09:16, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
In your Preferences, click on the "Change password" button in the "User profile" tab. —Bruce1eetalk 09:20, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! Done. I've confronted the guy and he denies it. Well, he's gonna get in serious trouble with Fiverr, that's for sure.
Gosh, what a shitshow... Hijacking a page... Facepalm!
Thank you for bringing this to my attention so quickly. For the record, I've made regular cash donations to Wikipedia over the years as I think it's the most brilliant contribution to humanity since the printing press.
Well, I guess I'll have to sit down and re-learn how to create articles (I haven't written one since 2009 and I lost my original login credentials).
All the best to you and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia,

Hi Eagleash,
Thank you for your feedback. I had hired someone on Fiverr to help me do this as there is going to be a LOT of text and footnotes and photos but they really botched it. They even tried to hijack someone else's site apparently (they deny it, claiming it was a "mistake"). I've reported them to Fiverr's Customer Service. I guess I'll have to do all the work myself. Not that wiki is very hard, but I'm the COO of the company. Hopefully I'll get to it in the next couple of days. My apologies for taking up your time. Jimmy Wales is my 2nd favorite person on the planet. :-)
Best,
