May 2014 - Welfare

Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Welfare: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you.

These notifications really help to block persistent vandals so it's handy to use them whenever you have to do this kind of revert. Keep up the good work. SPACKlick (talk) 14:34, 12 May 2014 (UTC)

École Gratuite de Dessin

You have nominated École Gratuite de Dessin for speedy deletion, on the reasonable basis that it does not have any content.

As I explain in talk:École Gratuite de Dessin, I created it as a redirect to École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs. But then I realised that I did not have enough knowledge to decide whether this redirection was appropriate, so I deleted the content and reverted the wikilinks that I had set up to it. I didn't know how to delete the page.

However, École Gratuite de Dessin is mentioned in several articles on French artists, and it would be good to have at least a stub or a redirect for it. I don't feel qualified to do this. Unfortunately I dont see this passing the notability criteria for BLP pages (See WP:SPIP). In addition to this you are writing an article about yourself ("what if i use my real name on the MrDJSilva Page") which gives you a direct relation to the page being created with causes conflict of interest issues (See: WP:EXTERNALREL).
