Is Ω just ω divided by the total number of articles in the WikiProject?[edit]

If so, should that be on the page to help clarify how ω and Ω are related? The Nth User I have no ideas for what to put here. Care to differ or discuss? 04:52, 4 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
