You didn't save an uncropped version? You uploaded the image, processed it through Photoshop or something similar, stripped all identifying characteristics from the image, saved the cropped and anonymized version, and then deleted the image from your computer?

OTRS is the name of Wikipedia's offices that handle copyright issues. If you e-mail them at permissions@wikimedia.org and explain the situation, they will tell you what is needed for you to have them accept you as the author. Explain that the copyright of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:TinaTurner2008.JPG has been questioned, and ask what you need to do to persuade them that you are the original image creator.—Kww(talk) 16:44, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window.
