Gazelle[edit]

I've had a look at the deleted text, and it's so awful I think that even in draft space it would be speedied again. I'll restore the text here shortly. I deleted your article because

  • it did not provide adequate independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Although you did reference much of the text, some key points were unsourced and you should note that blogs or interviews with the company are not normally considered to be reliable sources
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic.
  • As an example "History" usually means a collection of facts about the origins of the company, not an opportunity to cherry-pick favourable quotes about the company. The second paragraph is just spam. You use the same technique in every section, just adding tinsel instead of actual facts
  • An example of an unsourced claim presented as fact include: Gazelle has accepted more than 1.5 million devices and has more than 900,000 customers.
  • You are so busy telling us what you sell that you omit basic company info. How many employees? Turnover? Profits?

More[edit]

  • You need to wikilink to other articles, like cell phone, I've added a couple but you need more
  • You didn't put a {{reflist}} to generate your references. I've done that, but you now have the automatic list, which is bare urls, and your descriptive manual list separately. You need to combine them. I've done ref 2, Koivu, to show you. Note that >[url description] looks better than a bare url too
  • If you have multiple refs to the same source, use <ref name=xxx>. I've done the Louisville one, but there's at least one more
  • "off of" doesn't make sense, even without the weird capitalisation
  • I'll have another look when you've done the technical fixes

Looks OK, the only style tweak I can suggest is that you italicise the publications in your refs, eg Louisville Business First or Boston Globe. Then just try it and see what happens Jimfbleak - talk to me? 15:10, 31 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You should see a "move" button so you can move the current page to Gazelle (internet company in article space. Don't cut and paste or you will upset people. If you can't see the button or have any other problem, let me know. Note that there is no guarantee that another editor won't find fault with the article, but you'll just have to see Jimfbleak - talk to me? 07:23, 1 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
