This version, like all previous version, is unacceptable: it is an advertisement for a non-notable organization, and either one of these alone is a sufficient reason for not including in an encyclopedia. The references are either not particularly about this organization or are press releases--the Chicago Tribune one is marked right at the top: "Sponsored Content".

Unless there are substantially more truly reliable sources proving evidence for notability, please do not resubmit.
