Boomerang[edit]

Hi Mr Preston,

This isn't a personal attack etc. However to claim something on wikipedia we need a |reliable source. You cannot claim that liner notes are a reference for the credits when the liner notes do not exist. There is no CD single hence no liner notes. Thus how can you prove that what you are saying is true? First of all no need to be condescending with comments like "young man". I'm not here to conduct your business for you etc, nor is wikipedia here to promote things. Its a free encyclopedia of what should be verifiable information. In interviews all Scherzinger has said is that Sandy Vee produced "Boomerang". She hasn't mentioned Anthony Preston anywhere. Nowhere have I claimed that you didn't work on the song, all I have said is that you can't claim you did by referencing liner notes when liner notes for a CD release of "Boomerang", that simply don't exist for the public (as a fan of Scherzinger I can't go to HMV or Amazon and purchase a CD single). I am defending the factual integrity of the article. Any user could claim they were XYZ song producer and worked on the song otherwise. Nowhere was I rude, nor did I personally attack you in anyway. I merely pointed out that we have a guideline for unverified information.

We have clear guidelines on reliable sources which state that a reliable verifiable citation is required for something to be claimed fact and that without such a reference material can be challenged or removed. All I've done is remove material until such a time that a reliable source is found to prove what you are claiming is true. Per the guidelines my removal of the content is correct but your communication with myself is uncivildk: its condescending and rude. With respect, that's one interview. And there are countless others where I am appropriately mentioned. An artist mis-speaking in a single interview is not a basis for my manager to reach out to hers. But thank you for your suggestion. From my viewpoint, there is only one person that I am defending the accurate information from at this point and your ignoring my invitation to satisfy your request for documented sources is telling.

Again, I will glad provide you with documents and I will continue to defend the accurate information.

In all fairness Scherzinger has never said "Boomerang was produced by Anthony Preston and Sandy Vee". She's given one public interview with Digital Spy where she specifically spoke of the song and ONLY mentioned Sandy Vee. I haven't declined your offer I just am not willing to share my email address over this public forum. So I'm not sure how you intend on verifying the information. Problems with upload of File:Boomerang CD Cover (Back).png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Boomerang CD Cover (Back).png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is.
