Disambiguation link notification for October 27[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Super Chicken, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages ABC and Bill Scott. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

TVC London moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, TVC London, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 11:38, 10 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm HouseBlaster. I noticed that you recently removed content from Beliaghata metro station without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. October 2023[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at The King and I (1999 film), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:41, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Same with this. Stop writing WP:OR. An encyclopedia is not a WP:TRIVIA or WP:FANCRUFT factory. The bottom line is every single edit must have a secondary reliable source, as NinjaRobotPirate just said and as you've been told countless times with each illegitimate draft submission. Users can be blocked for this. — Smuckola(talk) 03:07, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Arjayay. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the main body of Kolkata metropolitan region. Generally, any relevant external links should be listed in an "External links" section at the end of the article and meet the external links guidelines. Links within the body of an article should be internal Wikilinks. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 12:10, 9 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

OMG you cannot possibly be serious. More OR.[1] @NinjaRobotPirate:, thid needs to be blocked for even just ignoring all Talk page comments anyway. This is a mindless grind of violations. — Smuckola(talk) 19:06, 9 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Where did Linus go, Charlie Brown?, you need to cite your source when you add or change content. Please read these pages that are being linked on your talk page. If you have questions, you can ask them at the Teahouse, our forum for new users. If you continue to add unsourced content, including your own personal knowledge or analysis, you risk being blocked. I know Wikipedia is a bit confusing and seems pretty bureaucratic at first, but it all does start to make sense. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:34, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@NinjaRobotPirate: He will not ever comply or reply. — Smuckola(talk) 08:40, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
OK... well, if there's a recent issue, post diffs and an a short explanation at WP:ANI or User talk:NinjaRobotPirate. I don't want to have this conversation on some random talk page where someone can remove my comments. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 12:52, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@NinjaRobotPirate: You're perfectly aware of the issue. You just wrote it, directly above this. Repeatedly. It's just his last few edits, all exactly the same. Like you've always told him. He's not gonna delete what he's clearly not even reading, and if he did, then that's just another blockworthy act of belligerence. It's nonstop WP:OR and refusal to interact on Talk. — Smuckola(talk) 21:00, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Final warning - sourcing[edit]

Hello. I'm Serge, an admin here on Wikipedia. It looks like there have been numerous attempts at explaining to you that every time you add content to Wikipedia, you need to add a source that verifies it (WP:V). Despite this, I don't see any evidence in your edits that you understand this. Nor do you seem to be asking any questions.

So this is your chance to ask questions. Do you understand WP:V and WP:RS? Do you have questions on how it works? Do you need help?

If you do, ask it here and now. If you decide to continue to ignore our sourcing policies and warnings about them, your account will receive a temporary block. Sergecross73 msg me 21:14, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You've completely ignored me, and made a large edit that contains a lot of unsourced content, so you are blocked from editing for one week. Sergecross73 msg me 15:39, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Firstly, I am not experienced and I ACTUALLY did not know that these even exist till now. Secondly, I do not know HOW to put citations in a Wikipedia article. So, I am sorry for this. It is all because of my inexperience, not because of being unsocial. Where did Linus go, Charlie Brown? (talk) 16:07, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Well, you did this in the wrong order. You were supposed to say this before you continued editing after I asked you if you need help, not ignore me and keep editing. Youve been given a ton of information, advice, and warnings on this talk page, and you've ignored all of it, every single time.
Your block will end in one week. I recommend taking the time to try to better learn how the website works. Read up at WP:REFB for help on how to add references, for example. Sergecross73 msg me 16:28, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am inexperienced and I lack knowledge about this platform

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 16:21, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I'm at a bit of a loss here. In our last interaction, I blocked you over your continued refusal to add sources to your additions. It looks like you've decided, after the block expired, to publish an article that looked like this - almost entirely unsourced.

What is your explanation for this? How could you think this was acceptable after what I had just told you? Sergecross73 msg me 18:10, 11 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
