Hi WikiLeb19, your article looks promising. Just keep in mind that you need to write it from the perspective of a third party that is interested in writing encyclopedic content from a neutral perspective, and that it should not look like a self-promotional brochure. Otherwise Wikipedia would look like a giant advertisement site and would not be as useful. Once it's written like a true reference article, then you can consider resubmitting your draft. As for your photo, make sure to show clearly in the description that it is an open-source image, and you should be fine. Good luck! — Stevey7788 (talk) 02:36, 21 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Also, you need to show the Wikipedia community that the article subject is indeed notable. Try searching through Google News and cite articles from the most well-known newspapers and magazines so that people can see that the subject is not just another run-of-the-mill person (WP:MILL). As for other editors not being so nice, well sorry about that, because Wikipedia has some cranky reviewers who are tired of dealing with hundreds of non-notable promotional articles everyday. But we do have policies here on Wikipedia that require us to be civil, gentle with newcomers, and constructive. Unfortunately not everyone follows those policies very well, but I'm trying my best to be one of the more constructive reviewers. Hey @Stevey7788: Thanks for your comments and for being one of the good guys :) I'm sure other have reasons to be cranky but some of us are really trying to join the community with a genuine effort and your feedback and help is much appreciated. I have reviewed the article and tried to remove anything that makes it sound promotional and I have checked that all my sources are good. I have also fixed the image file and I think it looks good now from a source perspective and does not violate anything. Can I call on your good graces to check this for me ? And also when you said 'resubmitting' my draft do you mean that the draft is not submitted anymore ?. Thank you very very much WikiLeb19 (talk) 03:38, 21 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @WikiLeb19:, re-submission means that you're just submitting the draft to Wikipedia reviewers again to apply for permission to have it become a real article. The article looks great now. One last thing about this page: Apparently I must be doing the profile picture wrong can you help me with that ? I am using the one on the official website www.antounsehnaoui.com and there is a CC license posted so I don;t understand why it keeps getting taken down ? Try a different picture that's not on Google Images. Any image that's already on the Internet is likely to be challenged due to automated image checking for copyvio on Wikimedia project sites.
