Hello Wikipedian c, I use the cleanup tag to designate articles that need a lot of work either with their content or formatting to make it easy for wikipedia users to find information from. In the case of your article Pekiti Tirsia Kali, as I said in its discussion page, it lacked a clear definition of the subject and needed to be rewritten to better convey the subject to the reader (I could not tell it was a martial arts technique until after a google search). As you said, wikipedia pages are open to everyone to edit, so please don't so defensive about pages you create, because you don't own the page. If you had created your kali (knife) article with a sensible title, I would not have needed to touch it. You should have realised by now: a) we use the singular not the plural and b) we do not put ""'s round titles.

I admit I know nothing about Filipino martial arts, but I do know something about Wikipedia and what we have here is a big mess. Getting into edit-revert wars is utterly pointless, so let's work out some sort of compromise: Let me figure out the organizational issues and since you seem to be an expert on the topic, you work on the content itself. Here are the issues:
There are two articles, Pekiti Tirsia and Pekiti Tirsia Kali that essentially describe the same thing, so they need to be merged. In other words, Put all the information in one article (go with Pekiti Tirsia because it was here first) and have Pekiti Tirsia Kali redirect to the other.
Grand Tuhon as you made it in your last edit (simply with the Wiktionary box) is unacceptable. The article needs content and can't just be a pointer to Wiktionary. It looks like it could be expanded upon. Perhaps you could write about the history of the term and give a list of all previous Grand Tuhons. That would make it a worthy article. Additionally, the Wiktionary link is not particularly useful because it's just the same information.
You created a new category Filipino Martial Arts. How is Pekiti Tirsia different from Eskrima? Is it a type of eskrima or is it something totally different? If it's a type of eskrima, then please put it back into Category:Eskrima and we'll have the new category deleted. If not, then we'll make the eskrima category a subcategory of Filipino Martial Arts (which, by the way, should be "Filipino martial arts" per WP:MOS).

If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL-self}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. Simply mentioning the source is in no way sufficient for such images. Images that are copyrighted, as you've asserted that they are, are generally not allowed for usage on Wikipedia. In some limited cases we are allowed to use copyrighted images under the notion of "Fair use". An example of this is providing the original photo for the article Tank Man, whose inclusion would otherwise be a copyright violation. We are definately not allowed to use copyrighted photos merely to decorate articles.
