Images[edit]

Hello! You can show images by doing this:

[[Image:Example.jpg]]

Which gives:

You can also resize an image by giving a new width:

[[Image:Example.jpg|32px]]

And you can specify a caption if you use "thumb" for a thumbnail image (thumbnails automatically float off to the right):

[[Image:Example.jpg|64px|thumb|Captiontastic!]]

Captiontastic!

Let's force it back to the left:

[[Image:Example.jpg|64px|left|thumb|Captiontastic!]]

Captiontastic!

And you can link to the image rather than displaying by putting a colon (":") at the front:

[[:Image:Example.jpg]]

Image:Example.jpg

Advice from your adopter[edit]

It's nice to hear from you. My advice so far would be to be bold and go ahead and make the changes you think are necessary on that article. The more references you have, the better. See WP:CITE for info on how to reference websites.

Take a look at User:Diligent Terrier/Adoption Center, my adoption home page. Be sure to watch that page as I may occasionally post something there for all my adoptees.

Wikipedia:WikiProjects are great places to find our what work needs to be done on Wikipedia in your own interest area. I would suggest you browse the directory for a WikiProject that interests you.
