Indeed a big coincidence. Normally I would go for age, for instance "Paola Amadei (19xx)" but I don't think there is verified information on either of their ages. So maye go for "Paola Amadei (Italian diplomat)" and "Paola Amadei (European diplomat)". Would that be an option? Best, --LH7605 (talk) 20:27, 30 October 2021 (UTC)

I don't see any problem with your user name. It implies somebody who works on women-related projects. WomenArtistUpdates is someone who updates articles about women artists.
