Hi Thank you for your contribution to the M.E pages. I see they have been undone. It is hard to get changes to stick It is more to do with Wikipedia standards than anything else.I would recommend reading through Talk:Chronic_fatigue_syndrome/Archive_19 and Talk:Chronic_fatigue_syndrome/Archive_18 to get a lay of the land. Medical based articles need to confirm to Wikipedia:Identifying_reliable_sources_(medicine) which as far as I can understand means using reviews of research from 'reputable' organisations. So the Cochrane reviews carry a large weight here. The Cochrane review in to M.E is highly biased - the PACE authors sat on its board and still hold great influence over it - but that makes no difference here.

I would suggest starting by making small changes - which involves making suggestions on the talk page first.
