This is the link to the actual edit you made: Special:Diff/1130767099. The beginning of the citation, <ref name="fils">, isn't meant for the name of the source – instead it's a nickname for the citation itself so that, if needed, it can be reused in other places in the article by simply inserting <ref name="fils" /> (notice the backslash slash at the end) rather than having to put the whole citation in again. If you look at my edit Special:Diff/1130877795 you can see that I put the relevant information into the fields of a {{cite journal}} template.
In fairness to you, this would have been a difficult one to do because it's an extract from an academic journal rather than a simple website, so the nature and amount of information you need is different – but still, four of these citation templates can be accessed easily via the RefToolbar. It's a slash, not a backslash (\). --Redrose64 🦌 (talk) 12:54, 1 January 2023 (UTC)
Oops. Thanks. XAM2175 (T) 13:02, 1 January 2023 (UTC)
