WP:DNB "In this case, ignorance of Wikipedia's guidelines can excuse the mistakes of a newcomer. Furthermore, you yourself violate Wikipedia's guidelines and policies when you attack a new user for ignorance of them."......This seems to be directly related to my situation. I also can not create a new account on this computer if the IP address is blocked. It is my understanding that if I understand my errors (all of which were hypothetical as I did not even create any of that content), I should be able to have my account un-suspended.Xceedium (talk) 18:00, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
