How to care for fish in an aquarium is an interesting subject, however wikipedia is not a how to guide, whether about fishkeeping or other subjects, nor is it a directory or collection of lists of how-to guides. Do you own, maintain or represent the website you linked to ? If so, you should avoid linking to the site. In any event, I reported problematic behaviour by various editors & hence it is dealt with in accordance with wikipedias processes. While the decision was based on my report, I am not an administrator & can make no decision as to whether a website on a blacklist or not. I see that you have requested it be removed from the blacklist and placed on a whitelist which will bring it to the attention of administrators who can deal with it.
