I think I almost left because I was so angry at myself for not realizing that(see above) for so long(realization occured about 1 week after lost of huggle. Thanks. Realist2 does have a bit of a point there. It could be a good idea to tidy up the top area of your user talk page. Here's a possible solution: [1]. It's a collapse box to hide the notices. Then you could keep those banners and it'll be "neat" up there. I'd suggest if you did do that, you should put one of the "break" notices outside the box so it's always seen since that'd be good for other users to know that you're not really around so they're not waiting and waiting for your replies. And it'd probably be a good idea to get rid of a few of the banners that repeat the same information as other banners. Just a few suggestions because Realist2 is right; that is a lot of banners for one user talk page. Metros (talk) 02:40, 11 June 2008 (UTC)

Oh, there's also {{Skiptotoctalk}}. You can put that at the top of your banners and it'll bring people directly to your table of contents so that they don't need to scroll through all the banners to find it. I agree with Metros. Having all those banners on the top of your talk page does make it a bit confusing. I'd suggest using the callapsible one, rather than having all those banners. Either that, or you just remove all the banners and some the info up into one banner. Maybe something like the one on top of my talk page? You can archive all the time, but they don't need to be a new archive each time. So, Have an archive for "June" maybe, and whenever you archive something from June, just keep adding to that. It's okay. Next time, if your going to take something like a user page design, notice, etc from someone, it's a good idea to tell them. Reason= School ain't over yet.June 13 is career day,carnival,talent show.fashion show, that's basically an end of the year party as there are practically no classes.Today was rocket launch day for the 8th grade science classes which happens near the "end" of the year. June 27 is the last day of 7th grade then 6 weeks summer vacation. Actually, that's been happening to me too! I don't know whether there's something to do, but if it still sticks, I'll file the bug report and in the meantime, you can use {{db-spam}} for spam and {{db-nonsense}} for nonsense, {{db-a7}} for notability and {{db-copyvio}} for definite copy violations. I've had that happen to me sometimes too. Try clicking "back" and then click on the CSD button again, and see if it works then. If it doesn't, just do it manually like BoL said. J.delanoy^gabs_adds 12:38, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

Also, I am not worried about you affecting my hypothetical RFA. What I am worried about is that you are fighting vandalism right off without ever having written any articles or significantly improved any .(that I know of. If I'm wrong, tell me.) It is not a good idea to start right off and fight vandalism. It is far better to write for a while, and then start vandal-patrolling. If you write articles for a while, it gives you a better appreciation for how much work goes into them and it can make you think twice before you revert an iffy edit or tag a borderline page for speedy deletion. Iris made a response on his/her talk page, there were no apologizes and there wont be. Iris hasn't provided any proof for the claims made, so can do no more damage than wreck our image lol. It is best to stay out of Iris's way, never speak of or mention the contributer again. Dont go on her/his talk page again. Clearly we are not liked/wanted by this Admin. There is no point taking it to ANI as neither party broke a policy and im not sure breach of AGF is punishable anyway. My RFB

Thank you for your comments in my RFB. Since it was only at 64%, it was a shoo-in to be unsuccessful, so I withdrew. I didn't want it to run until its scheduled close time because my intent in standing for RFB was to help the bureaucrats with their workload, not give them one more RfX to close. Through the course of my RFB, I received some very valuable feedback, some of it was contradictary, but other points were well agreed upon. I have ceased my admin coaching for now to give me time to revamp my method. I don't want to give up coaching completely, but I'm going to find a different angle from which to approach it. As for my RFA Standards, I am going to do some deep intraspection. I wrote those standards six months ago and I will slowly retool them. This will take some time for me to really dig down and express what I want in an admin candidate. If, after some serious time of deep thought, I don't find anything to change in them, I'll leave them the way they are. I'm not going to change them just because of some community disagreement as to what they should be. Will I stand for RFB again in the future? I don't know. Perhaps some time down the road, when my tenure as an administrator is greater than one year, if there is a pressing need for more active bureaucrats, maybe. yeah, so is there like some huge behind the scenes society that edits and checks every single thing on wikipedia? you people talk of writing articles as if its your job. Whenever I vandalize, it gets turned back like 2 seconds later by another human user. B4 stuff would stay on for days! Educators keep touting how crappy wiki is because "anybody" can change it. Reverting vandalism isn't a game where you get to try to win and the vandals lose. The way you're going about it like that is inappropriate. We don't "make examples" out of users like you seen to want to do by keeping that thread around. By taunting the vandals you're just encouraging the users to return for revenge. Yeah, I have about 1500 pages on my watchlist I believe. Most of them are from articles I edited or articles about subjects I have interest in and/or like. Since I like them, I try to help out when it is hit with vandalism. To R2: You can read the whole sorry story of Archtransit here if you really feel like it. To XP, it depends; in some cases, multiple RFAs can look like someone's trying too hard, or they can serve as a handy list of everything that's wrong with a user (as you can just read the last one's oppose section to see what the problems were). On the other hand, if the problems have all been addressed, then it gives an easy way to say "look how much I've improved!". This is not meant to sound patronising but don't carry on attacking Malleus unless you've got a really good reason to. You won't win an argument with him — it's yet to happen — and all you're doing is annoy the very people you want on your side at WP:FAC, WP:RFA and the rest of the alphabet soup. I understand your frustration over this issue, opinion is divided, you have your fair share of supporters on this topic. However you have failed to prove you have the capacity for adminship anytime soon, you are going your cause more harm than good. I'm going to prove my own maturity by staying out of it. But my opinion: How the hell does having a bedtime make you an RfA no-no?! Vandals might stay up all night vandalizing Wikipedia. Are they any help? NO they're not. And real life restrictions are to prevent death and serious injury. Re: Interquest Group Plc marked for speedy deletion. Hi new to wikipedia - so please be patient of my ignorance. I've been using Wikipedia for research for sometime, but only just started an account to edit and create articles.

This was my first article...a spoke to someone who said they were researching Interquest as a potential employer and only reference was that Luke Johnson was a Director... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luke_Johnson_%28businessperson%29

Wanted to add a link from that page to one about Interquest...and was in the middle of completing it when I recieved your message.

Can I not create pages over time (save as go) or do I need to create completely off line then add it?

How much time do I get to before things are deleted? A lot of content to write...e.g linked to other founders / high profile business leaders in UK.

Any pointers gratefully accepted.

But, to answer your question, Guarana power has already been deleted, so you can't change a tag there; and InterQuest Group plc, I don't think a speedy deletion would be appropriate.
