Hi there - I nominated both Nick Garrett Development, Inc. and Charles Nick Garrett, Jr. since they do not seem to meet the (proposed) notability requirements. Specifically, the business does not seem notable in any specific respect, and the biography of Charles Garrett is notable only by virtue of the notability of the business he founded. The pages have been nominated for a process called "Articles for Deletion" (or AfD), which really means "Articles being considered for deletion". The article will remain for at least several days, while the community votes on whether they think the articles should be kept, deleted, or something in between. The details of the process are all in the Guide to Deletion.

You're free to vote in the process too, although it's considered good etiquette to make it known if you have a personal interest in the articles being kept (i.e., if you created either). Above all else, it is absolutely nothing personal; it's only an attempt to make sure that all of Wikipedia's content meets certain standards of quality and notability.
