Thank you for your note about the deleted article on mynovelspace.com. I went back to look at the version of the article that was deleted, and it was quite promotional in tone. The article did not read like a neutral encyclopedia article; it read like it was introducing and promoting the site. However, re-writing the article to make it more neutral in tone is only part of the concern. New articles also need to meet the relevant inclusion guideline - in this case, WP:WEB. If you take a look at the guideline, you will see the kinds of things that make a website a suitable topic for a Wikipedia article. The best way to demonstrate that a website meets the inclusion guideline is if there has been significant coverage or analysis of the website in reliable independent sources. I couldn't find such sources in a brief search, but if they are out there, I invite you to bring them to my attention.--Kubigula (talk) 03:47, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry for the slow reply - I missed your questions. I'm glad you have rewritten the article, but I should point out the inclusion guideline again (WP:WEB). If the article doesn't have references from reliable third party sources, there's a good chance its notability will be challenged again. I don't want to dishearten you, but I do want to encourage you to include references to coverage in reliable third party sources.
