August 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm FlightTime. Please refrain from making timeline changes as you did on Cheap Trick, changes to timelines require establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. It has been removed and archived in the page history for now.

Timeline changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive.

Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 16:15, 20 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

December 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Alice in Chains, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. 4TheWynne (talk contribs) 03:59, 13 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Praying Mantis (band). Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Member timelines[edit]

Using fixed dates is preferred. The timelines that use a function to automatically update the data are convenient, but they cause other problems. However, adding end dates in the future is not appropriate. We do not know what will happen and cannot included guesses in Wikipedia. Timelines do not need space on the top either. Hey friend. If you check my contributions, you'll see that I made no change to the actual timeline. There was an awkward cutoff on the color key, so I fixed it. With respect, I'll be reverting your reversion of my edit. - yesiamtryingmybest (talk)
