Allow me, please, to urge you to read Your First Article and Wikipedia's Golden Rule. Then if you wish to create a new article, use the article wizard to create a Draft, under the Articles for Creation project. Creating a valid new article from nothing is one of he harder tasks on Wikipedia, it is often best to edit existing articles for a bit to get the hang of Wikipedia. If you do try to create articles, using a Draft allows an experienced editor to validate the draft after you think it is complete, and before he stricter rules of article-space are applied in full.
