Young D Records is an advertisement[edit]

The article Young D Records has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. —C.Fred (talk) 21:44, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Haiti Earthquake (Louis Dickson) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. —C.Fred (talk) 21:45, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Multiple accounts[edit]

Based on your contributions and the similarities in the user pages, plus your editing of both user pages, it appears that you are using this account as well as YoungDMusic (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). Is there a particular reason you need two accounts? —C.Fred (talk) 23:42, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Categories on user pages[edit]

Please note that some categories, such as Category:1989 births and Category:Living people, are reserved for articles in the main encyclopedia only. They should not be put on user pages, as you have done at User:Young D Soulja. Accordingly, I have removed the categories.

If you are developing a draft in user space, you may comment out the categories until the article is moved to mainspace. However, the text in your user page does not demonstrate the significance or importance of the subject; it would be speedy deleted if it were made into an article in its current state. —C.Fred (talk) 00:04, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
