Hi there, Yoyodo, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is probably a less useful welcome than it might be, but I thought it only polite to let you know why I reverted your edit to Pompey; "dearth" means a lack of something. Yes, rather archaic, and you're very welcome to replace it with something of similar meaning - and if you've not done so already, please do read the introduction to editing; having said that, your courteous edit summary seems evidence that you know the ropes here. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
