The article Oleg Tselkov has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Disambiguation link notification for August 24[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Ülo Sooster, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page MGB. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, I'm Velella. I noticed that you recently removed some content from USSR Academy of Arts  with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.  Velella  Velella Talk   18:46, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

    • Thank you! I deleted redirection from USSR Academy of Arts to Imperial Academy of Arts because these are two absolutely separate subjects: the first existed only 44 years (1947-1991, in Moscow), the second one — about 160 years (1757-1918 in Saint Petersburg) and was turned to Repin's Institute in the same building, but without former full-Russia coordinating function. Now these functions are assigned to different organization (from 1992 till now, Moscow), which located in the building owned the USSR Academy of Arts. Unfortunatly, these Moscow institutions are depicted in Wiki only on Russian, and there is the cause of confusing. Well, I'm novice in English Wiki and my Enhlish is very weak. Nevertheless, hope my explication will show, I am not a vandal. Yuracei (talk) 19:29, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the explanation. The easier and better thing to do would be to simply change the re-direct to point at the correct article, even if that meant creating a new stub article first. Any chance of translating the Russian wiki article into English ? Regards  Velella  Velella Talk   19:33, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
      • I shall try to create a small stub. Thanks. Yuracei (talk) 19:37, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
