The reason left by SmokeyJoe was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: This topic is promotional, it promotes someone’s software. The threshold for acceptance therefore high and strict. Independent third party commentary is required, and I see none. Instead, I see description of the product.

Has anyone independent published, in a reliable source, a commentary on this software? I think not.

If I am wrong, follow the advice at WP:THREE, and use the talk page to list and explain the three qualifying sources.
