Danksank44: What is wrong with Brandon Rosage's page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Danksank44 (talkcontribs)

Good work[edit]

Hi Zoporific, thanks for creating all those subcategories of Category:Seventh-day Adventists for Adventists by nationality. Good stuff. Colin MacLaurin (talk) 02:19, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed most other religions were organized like that, by nationality, so I thought I could do the same for the SDAs. Zoporific 04:12, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why?[edit]

You nominated the Category:The Nakba for deletion here. As you participated in the proposed renaming vote for the article Talk:1948 Palestinian exodus which is still ongoing and in which editors have provided evidence of the more common usage of "Nakba" over "1948 Palestinian exodus", I have to ask you why you would initiate such a move at this time. Are you unfamiliar with WP:NAMING conventions which state that the most common name should be used for an article title? Do you have any evidence that "1948 Palestinian exodus" is more widely used than Nakba? If you do, can you please post it at the associated discussion on the article talk page? Thanks. Tiamuttalk 16:37, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I nominated it before I saw the move proposal. Yes, I am familiar with the policy. In any case, the category name should generally conform to the name of the main article. When (if?) the main article name changes, then so too can a rename for the category be proposed to reflect that. That's how things work, isn't it? Zoporific 19:40, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge Proposal - Angel Moroni[edit]

Please weigh in on the merger proposal between Angel Moroni and Moroni (prophet). You are receiving this notice since you were identified as a recent editor on one of those pages. Thanks! --Descartes1979 (talk) 07:11, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks; I'm not sure about that. It should be OK. I'll think about it before voting. Zoporific 21:39, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Snocrates for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. barneca (talk) 15:38, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just heard from Snocrates about this. It looks like I have caused her some problems. I thought it would be better for me to have my own user account ..... if others think she has been telling me what to edit she hasn't but she oriented me to wikipedia and how to use it, etc. Zoporific 23:50, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for abusing multiple accounts, as confirmed by checkuser here. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

Unblocked, and Warning[edit]

For the purposes of Wikipedia, you and your roommate User:Snocrates can be considered a single user, per the evidence at Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Snocrates. Please be careful not to participate in the same discussions, WP:RFAs, WP:AFDs, and so on, without disclosing the connection or else you may be subject to remedies for violating WP:SOCK. If you both join together in editing an article, you may be treated as a single account for the purposes of WP:3RR and other policies and guidelines. Jehochman Talk 15:54, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You had participated back in February in this CfD regarding the Category:Documentaries alleging war crimes, which ended in no consensus. A new proposal has been made to eliminate this category and merge its contents to Category:War documentaries which is now going on at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2008 September 24#Category:Documentaries alleging war crimes. You are encouraged to reconsider the original CfD, revisit your opinion in that discussion and participate again in this latest CfD. Alansohn (talk) 20:21, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Biafra Template you Created[edit]

Hello. Thanks for your edits on Wikipedia. Please could you try to fix these 2 articles I created (2014 Enugu Government House attack and 2014 Enugu State Broadcasting Service attack) into the Biafra template? The articles are kind-of too isolated from Biafra related topics. Nigerians need to know what might be coming in 2015. Thanks. Darreg (talk) 21:51, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
