Sources are sometimes seen as less reliable in English Wikipedia compared to Chinese Wikipedia, thus, a subject that is notable in Chinese WP can be not notable or have questionable notability in English WP. The two Sina sources has questionable reliability, ifeng.com might be reliable under WP:XINHUA. 信阳日报 looks good to me. 川北在线 appears to have questionable reliability with borderline significant coverage. 半岛网 does not appear to be significant coverage. Might make a case for GNG if 1-2 more good sources are found.
