Given that the user hasn't made many vandalism reverts, that is probably a question to ask them after you have done some vandalism teaching and they have some vandalism experience (eg. with manual, twinkle & rollback). Firstly of all, I shall present my humble thanksgiving to everyone for presenting their views towards me. I'm open to learn anything new and constructive and this is not limited to my work on Wikipedia only. It is one of my foremost principles in real life and I shall be infinitely obliged to everyone for so. As for the SPI investigations are concerned, I still stand by my comment of my non involvement in the case. I didn't even know then what SPI was actually. Anyways, that was past when I had many bitter memories of Wikipedia which I've discarded long ago from my life and It's quite a new start for me. Thanks again everyone. You don't have a great deal of experience at Wikipedia; I would suggest that you would benefit more from full adoption - which covers all aspects of Wikipedia - rather than enrolling here. Anyone can do NPP if they have the required knowledge and experience, and ability to conduct discussions with new users who, unlike most vandals, may be responsible and educated individuals from the business and academic world. The NPP system has no bureaucracy or hierarchy, and it also requires no formal training or special user rights. Although I generally take care of NPP on behalf of our community, I have no jurisdiction over it. However, NPP is in a poor state and we need as many competent patrollers as possible. I am naturally therefore more than happy to mentor any user who would like to do the job properly. The first step is to have a good read of the tutorial at WP:NPP, and if there are any further questions, simply post them on my special mentoring page .
