Many articles refer to "Orthodox Church" in a way that may (although it's sometimes difficult to be sure) be inclusive of all Orthodox churches in general. In other articles, "Orthodox Church" seems to be being used in a sloppy way or by someone not aware of the possible variations. In many of these cases it's impossible to tell the correct article solely from context.
