As you can probably imagine, this phrase is routinely added by vandals trying to deface an article and/or trying to defame its subject, and I can't remember the last time I saw this or similar phrases being added in good faith. However, it's easy to confirm that your edit was appropriate, so I'll add the content for you. Unfortunately, nothing can be done with the filter; a computer simply can't be trained to distinguish this rare good use from the zillions of vandalistic uses.
