Oppose - This list has a lot of excellent information but it is quite a long way from featured list.

It has a one sentence lead, where it should be a summary of the article. The next sections are fairly disorganized. The legal distinction should come before you describe the different legal distinctions.
The municipal government sections have no citations.
The table contains way way too many columns to make this page accessible for most readers. I suggest removal of:Link to town website, link to map, 2000 census data, 2020 rank (it's sortable anyway, this is redundant), water area and total area (land area is sufficient, municipalities don't build their houses on the water part), and coordinates. Even then the table will be large but closer in standard to other featured lists.
The article uses outdated terms such as "The sortable table below lists" which is not appropriate for featured list. If any column requires explanation it should be done as a "note" and linked to notes section below the table, or in it's own section. Most of these are actually just references that should be in the header row as references.
Images don't have alt-text, a requirement for accessibility.
The see also should be in a section called see also, instead of the first thing the user reads at the top of the page.
Municipalities in multiple counties can be part of the main list instead of an additional table (this article is already quite long). If you want to keep this you can create a new article called List of Colorado municipalities in multiple counties, but keeping both lists in one page is too much.
Municipal distinctions is a good concept as maybe notes form, but as of now it's just a list that is completely unsourced.
No indication of which municipalities are the county seats (this could be done as in other lists by coloring the background of the county seat name and adding a dagger)
