Stephen Tobolowsky image

There isn't any pictures of him on his Wikipedia page at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_Tobolowsky and I thought it would be appropriate to have on there since he is a famous actor that has worked in over 200 projects in film and television. The image is from his IMDB page. Which is here: http://www.imdb.com/media/rm3359149568/nm0864997 At the bottom of the page it says "Photo by Lucasfilm – © 1994" But I have seen this exact image on hundreds of websites so I assume it is fair use? Otherwise there are more complications if others took the photo, and yet others own the copyright as far more facts need to be proved. A free license needs to be something like CC-BY-SA-3.0 or public domain, and permission to use on Wikipedia is not suitable. I have to assume, based off of the fact the the image is in color and of a child, that the person is more than likely alive. If you can demonstrate that this person is not alive, we might be able to use this under fair use, but only under specific conditions. (Specificly, if he was notable for something he did as an adult, we would rather have an image of him as an adult as a fair use image, since we can really only use fair use images sparingly.)
