GA from 2006; last reassessed in 2007. It is no longer well-written, having many grammatical and stylistic errors mainly stemming from incomplete translations. Misuse of commas is the biggest problem. I'm inclined to copy-edit this, but don't really have the time to, and even then, have intervening Wikipedia projects in the pipeline.
