An SVG version has been deleted from both Commons (as copyright violation) and enWP (as duplicate of the at the time existing Commons file). You could ask for restoration of the local SVG to replace the JPG as fair use version. SiBr₄ (talk) 22:51, 9 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Neve-selbert: Assuming the restoration request didn't go through, I've redrawn the 1976 flag in SVG and uploaded it to enWP. The colors are based on the existing raster version, but those colors are quite different than the colors in the archived source. It should be a simple text edit to fix the colors if needed.
