Hello! I'm not entirely sure what to ask for, but I'm hoping to make this image more "readable" for a forthcoming article on Democrat Hot Springs (skeleton at User:Jengod/Springsdraft

Request: So, this is a 480p photo of some discontinued McDonald's sides from an old TV commercial (80s copyright formalities PD). The thing is, it might be a third or fourth generation copy, and the colors are really ruined, maybe a little misaligned too. I was wondering if anyone knew how to color correct it, or what other work could be done that would make it more legible and useful. Delete extra text from crop of map
