Done: First removed by FFT regular noise, then tried to restore hair. Request: The painting of the Marquis of Paraná was originally uploaded like this. It had some issues, mainly its darkness. After much effort, JBarta managed to improve it to its present status. The problem is that Paraná still looks like he has an olive skin when he was actually white. See this picture and this other one. I wanted something similar as to what was done with Pedro Álvares Cabral's painting (see above) that went from this to this. I might be wrong, but this seems to be an issue of skin tone, not merely of contrast or lightning. Anyway, I'd be really grateful if someone could work on it. Fair enough, but are you using the image to show a picture of the man or of the picture as it is shown in the museum?
